Get yourself to some type of body of water, lake, stream, ocean etc..

Take off your shoes and let your feet soak in the natural water. Water from the earth is holistic... according to Native Americans, it has healing power.

Close your eyes and breathe deep. When you are finished, write down how the water felt.... I swear it works!!
